We are searching for a System Analyst

You will be part of the Information Systems and Technology team and will be part of IT Navitaire System Analysts team.

You will work closely with the business users to deliver IT solutions in Scoot.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Systems Implementation
- System Administration, User and Role Management
- System Support and Investigations related to Navitaire system
- Monthly /Bi-annual Audit Management
- Supporting the Commercial team from a technical front (eg upgrade enhancements, setup and configurations), address queries and provide solutions, build up and establish fare management knowledge base, and work with various stakeholders both internally and externally on projects
- Responsible for providing technical and functional expertise for Navitaire related modules
- Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end, system integration test strategy and capability
- Perform functional testing to ensure compliance with functional requirements
- Work with relevant stakeholders to perform end user acceptance testing
- Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for digitalisation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar discipline with good academic records
- 1-2 years of Airline PSS system administration OR system testing will be a plus
