**JOB SUMMARY**
The Assistant Manager, Digital Service is an essential part of the Digital Transformation effort of TTSH., You will work within the Digital and Smart Health Office (DSHO), in the Centre of Healthcare Innovation (CHI). You will be entrusted to discern suitability and wayfind on recommended approaches for digital initiatives and projects that are put forth to DSHO from both internal and external stakeholders. Working directly with the leadership of DSHO and CHI, project owners and stakeholders, you will be involved in planning and facilitating business transformation efforts through digital means at the Hospital and Central Health level. You need to be comfortable to aid the project owners in relevant aspects of project design, funding, implementation, scaling and long-term integration plans. You are also responsible to identify areas for digital services development within the Strategic Innovation Programmes (SIPs - funded innovation programs led by Director equivalents) and Digital Innovation Technology (DITs - Tech communities of practice workgroups) as part of existing and ongoing innovation efforts. You have to be self-motivated and comfortable with dynamic work requirements, multi-tasking and a strong verbal and written communicator.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
As Assistant Manager, Digital Services, your main duties and responsibilities include:
- Support the Director, Digital & Smart Health Office in Digital Services Digital Innovation Technology workgroup (a technical workgroup that looks at innovation projects that TTSH stakeholders come up with, in order to emplace within the innovation budget and scale where possible) as the secretariat.
- Sensemake digital initiatives, projects and ideas that are put forth by stakeholders in TTSH to DSHO. Wayfind possible approaches to realise or discard them in alignment to the TTSH digital transformation strategy, current and future innovation programs of TTSH and CHI.
- Collaborate and interact closely with key business users and IT to undertake detailed project planning & documentation (defining project deliverables, success criteria, benefits management, dependencies, change control, risk management) including escalating risks & issues.
- Take on the role of the project owner in the delivery of selected digital projects where appropriate,
- Provide hands-on support for digital projects running agile practices and sprint activities in collaboration with technical partners from industry.
- To conduct small scale evaluation of your projects or collaborate with evaluators and researchers to measure innovation outcomes.
- To perform secretariat duties for Population Health Committee meetings and other secretariat duties as assigned by the Deputy Director
- To be a change agent and promote knowledge sharing and inculcate mindset change for hospital-wide/ departmental level initiatives and to establish a working environment of collegiality and effective teamwork;
- To undertake any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Good degree with 3-5 years of working experience in project management, business improvement and transformation through the use of technology;
- Experience in healthcare administration or Healthcare IT would be an advantage;
- Digital Project Management experience and certifications would be an advantage;
- Ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders in context;
- Relevant digital development or design thinking experience;
- Good relationship building skills to quickly establish rapport and productive relationships;
- Self-motivated, with strong personal responsibility for achieving overall team results, operating with a sense of timeliness, decisiveness, and responsiveness;
- Strong interpersonal and communication (presentation, written, and listening) skills;
- Good management skills and ability to multi-task; and
- Ability to work well independently and as a team player.
- Experience with visualization tools, analytics software, no-code/low code programming are an advantage.
- Any experience with program evaluation or research is also an advantage.
