**Responsibilities**:
Set up, test and provide technical support for all virtual events, including events attended by both physical and virtual guests and participants.

Set up and provide technical support for all matters relating to operations requiring video conferencing solutions.

Make sure all infrastructure’s related hardware and software are operational at all times.

Coordinate with and provide advice to users for all matters requiring video conferencing.

Conduct daily inspections to ensure hearing venues are available according to schedule.

Take ownership in the management and maintenance of all VC and AV equipment and system, e.g., routine checks and preventive maintenance works

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience (AV/Electrical/Electronics/IT), of which at least 1 year of experience should be in providing AV/ IT service to users.

A diploma in a related field

Good planning and organizing skills, have a service-oriented mind-set, Good interpersonal & communication skills, and adaptable to change.

Able to provide good customer service when providing technical services.

Be familiar with customer service software such as Freshdesk or Manage Engine.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
