Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers servicing Private Banking clients
- Understand client requirements and assist relationship managers in daily maintenance of account relationships
- Assist with account openings or any other client’s instructions and interface with client to ensure completion of documentation requirements
- Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries, service requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate and communicate with different internal channels to support client’s requests
- Comply with various regulatory requirements, company regulations and management measures
- Conduct Product Suitability assessment and execute trade instructions for clients
- Maintain client data and reports and handle administrative duties
- Other work and hoc tasks when necessary assigned by the supervisors and managers

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor Degree or above
- 3 years & above of relevant experience in the private wealth management industry
- Strong communication skills and proficient in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English. Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit with high level of self-motivation
- A team player, collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
