To consistently sustain the massive growth for clients, we are looking for a Client Success Manager. Reporting to the Client Success Director, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end digital media campaigns for our key clients in SEA, EU and Hong Kong.

What you’ll do:

- Build & maintain good relationships with clients to grow new accounts and business.
- Plan & create digital strategies and campaigns across channels such as social media and programmatic display for clients.
- Liaise with internal teams, media vendors and agencies for campaign setup and troubleshooting.
- Manage budget planning, create proposals & performance reports.
- Manage juniors to monitor and optimise daily campaign performance.
- Track, analyse key metrics, and deliver regular reports to our customers.

What you’ll need:

- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the advertising & marketing industry.
- Knowledge of digital campaign execution and digital media landscape in Meta, Google, and Apps in Greater China.
- Strong communication (oral and written skills in Mandarin and English), as well as presentation skills.
- Meticulous and has a sharp eye for detail.
- Possess customer-oriented problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Agile and adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Results-oriented professional who is comfortable with figures (collecting, analysing & interpreting data).
- Entrepreneurial spirit with high standards of delivery.
