Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Employee Banking Solutions, Relationship Manager.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for but not limited to sourcing of new corporate companies, manage and grow relationships with partners for acquisition of new customers for onshore and offshore banking platform
- Look out for acquisition sources and opportunities through strategic partnerships with external partners as well as across business units within HSBC group such as GBM/CMB/GLCM etc.
- Provide creative and innovative ideas on exploring alternate methods and channels for acquisition of new Jade, Premier and Personal Banking customers, Personal loans, Mortgage loans, Credit cards
- Establish and generate new business through Employee Banking Solutions (EBS) Events at company premises via connecting with Key Appointment holders, HR and decision makers of companies
- Promote WPB Expatriate proposition to support our global capabilities

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder
- Proven sales track record and some working experience in promoting Wealth & Personal Banking in a dedicated client relationship role
- Outgoing disposition, well equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of drive to excel and thrive in a sales oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills. Written, verbal and presentation
- Customer centric with a strong business development focus
