**Role Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Principal Engineer to lead and support solution and product-based projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, client engagement, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

Project Support
- Act as the Principal Engineer for assigned solution projects.
- Manage and support existing project environments, ensuring seamless service continuity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues within SLA (onsite or remote support).
- Collaborate with the Presales Team to understand and take over new projects.
- Deliver technical training to internal L1 staff, new joiners, or customers when required.

Product Support
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues on cloud platforms and gateway products.
- Share relevant solution updates and schedule timely patch deployments.
- Maintain operational systems, including OPS and NMS, and perform basic maintenance tasks.

**Technical Skill Set**

Core Networking & Protocols

Solid understanding of fundamental protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, DHCP, RADIUS, SMTP, SNMP

Systems & Infrastructure

Hands-on experience in:

- Clustering and High Availability (HA) configurations
- Troubleshooting and issue isolation

Incident and technical documentation management

Cloud & Virtualization
- Experience deploying and maintaining cloud solutions (preferably AWS)
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms: KVM, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Docker

Storage & Hardware
- Experience in server-grade hardware maintenance
- Exposure to enterprise storage technologies (PureStorage, NAS, SANs)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Microsoft and/or VMware certifications

Azure Certification is a plus
- Strong internetworking and system integration capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation with precision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Infrastructure Project and Product Support: 3 years (required)
- Cloud Solutions AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent: 3 years (preferred)
- KVM, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Docker, or equivalent: 3 years (preferred)
- Enterprise Storage Technologies (PureStorage, NAS, SANs): 2 years (preferred)
