The Regional Operations Manager plays a key role to shape and drive commercial performance as well as business growth of the APAC region. The role will provide a ring side strategic view as well the chance to understand and lead operational excellence and execution. You will also have the opportunity to harness your existing skill set and expertise to evolve the role and ensure a high level of personal and professional growth, as well as deliver strong impact to the business.

**Your Role**:

- Lead and implement Regional initiatives that will drive business growth and organizational development; manage, develop and ensure performance/scorecard tracking for the region.
- Ensures smooth, efficient and effective operations of the regional organization, quarterly leadership meetings etc.
- Work closely with controlling to manage 3rd party business and monthly performance tracking.
- Supports the development of new operational strategies and leads multi-stakeholder projects and end-to-end strategic business initiatives in close collaboration with the key leadership team, including RVP, Reginal Leaders and General Managers.
- Builds and develops relationships across the business for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness, understand gaps and proactively address them
- Handles complex information flow; is able to synthesize it for strategic objectives, understands the need for the right amount, timeliness and accuracy of information to help facilitate decision making
- Bring strong simplicity, accountability and execution behaviors and acts as a role model in the Region

**Who You Are**:

- Holds a degree in Business Administration, or Healthcare/Lifesciences related specialisations or equivalent. Having a Masters in Business Administration would be a plus.
- Strong functional expertise and experience in either Medical, MAP, Commercial or Strategy/PMO
- Strong experience in biopharma business industry, with strong project management experience
- Enjoys working across a range of topics and demonstrates agility to handle constantly evolving portfolio of high impact projects with different levels of complexities
- A confidante and trusted advisor, possessing a skill set that balances expertise, maturity and emotional intelligence
- Right mindset and cultural understanding to navigate operational and cultural complexities in a matrixed organization
