Job Title: Regional Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple coffee shops in a designated region.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits to ensure that staff and supervisors adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Maintain strong relationships with our stall tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

• Review and provide feedback on the services provided by our vendors, ensuring they meet our high standards.

• Conduct weekly inspections of our coffee shops to maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Manage our coffee shops in a designated region, driving business growth and profitability.

• Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback from departing employees.
Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry.

• A positive work attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to our team's success.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and highly driven, with a strong commitment to achieving results.

• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

• Strong initiative, independence, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to think, plan, and execute autonomously.
