They are looking for an experienced Total Rewards professional to be part of their high-performing global HR organisation.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Work with region HR leadership and business stakeholders to review and design total compensation programs and practices that are relevant to address business and talent needs.
- Understand the competitive landscape in APAC markets, translate up-to-date market data into proactive developmental actions.
- Implement and manage global market benchmarking data and market data analysis, ensuring compensation is externally competitive and aligned with the company’s compensation philosophy.
- Review and analyse benefit plan design and renewals in alignment with global strategy and guiding principles.
- Act as primary advisor on compensation-related matters, and partner with HR Business Partners to communicate compensation philosophy, programs, policies, and guidelines.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Expert knowledge in Total Rewards with at least 12-15 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
- Experience in building Rewards infrastructure ie design of Compensation & Benefits programmes and policies
- Good organizational skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintain a close attention to detail.
- A team player with high interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills (advanced knowledge of Excel).
