**PRINCIPAL TECHNICAL CONSULTANT**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Managing a full 360-degree recruitment cycle and responsible for the entire hiring process.
- Develop new leads of clients across the Asia Pacific region with value-added services of meeting clients in different parts of the region.
- Must have experience in Product/solution Presentation / Technical Solutioning / Demos / Proof of Concepts/ Writing of Proposals / Tender Compliance / Statement of Work (SOW) / Product and Service Enablement.
- Handles job posting, applicant screening, phone calls, interviews and placement for various companies.
- Identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential & existing clients.
- Deeply understand client’s hiring needs, partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
- This role needs to attend networking events, conferences and meetings with our existing clients and potential clients.
- Attend relevant tech events, webinars and seminars to ensure market knowledge is up to date.
- Act as the employer branding champions to represent the company's culture in a meaningful way.

**Requirements**:

- Min Degree in Business / Commerce / IT
- Min. of 10 years’ experience in recruitment/sales/client facing roles will be essential.
- Able to handle cross country client and talent pools.
- Good knowledge of Computer Systems and network infrastructure environments
- A self-starter who is ambitious, result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
