**Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for a Creative Executive with a passion for visual design and marketing. As part of the marketing team, your key responsibility includes:

- Conceptualise and design visually appealing and brand-consistent marketing materials for online and offline touch-points
- Create on-brand graphics, illustrations, visual elements and marketing content for group brands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Adapt and optimise designs for various communication platforms
- Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all collaterals
- Handle any additional duties or projects assigned by senior management
- Maintains projects files and archives

The position is a dual role which entails a **customer service** aspect.

The scope of work includes:

- Familiarising with daily operations to understand the brand and audience better
- Front desk responsibilities, including welcoming and engaging our guests during the check-in process
- Providing support to our clients regarding membership queries, bookings, and retail purchases
- Ensuring the upkeep of cleanliness within the gym

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in visual communications-related course and higher
- Basic design sense, proficiency in design tools and social media platforms (eg. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Proficiency in basic Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), expertise in video editing (Capcut, Premiere Pro and Aftereffects) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Graphic Design or Visual Communications role
- Possess initiative to learn, pick up necessary skill sets and come up with great ideas

**Salary**: From $2,800 per month (negotiable based on experience and performance)

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
