**Key Responsibilities**
- **WordPress Design & Management**:Maintain and enhance our WordPress website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand.
- **Video Production**: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal projects.
- **Photography & Videography**: Capture impactful images and videos during events, therapy sessions, and adaptive sports programs for promotional use.
- **Graphic Design**: Create visually stunning posters, infographics, and social media content using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- **Social Media Content Creation**: Design eye-catching, shareable content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- **Content Editing**: Use video and photo editing tools to refine and produce professional, polished content.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with therapists, parents, and other stakeholders to produce authentic, relatable content that resonates with our audience.
- **Software Mastery**: Use tools like Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator to deliver top-tier digital assets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, creative production, or related fields.
- Advanced skills in WordPress design and editing, including layout customization and plugin use.
- Expertise in video production, including filming, editing, and motion graphics.
- Strong proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), Canva, and other editing software.
- Experience in photography and videography for marketing purposes.
- Creative flair for storytelling through visuals, with a portfolio to showcase your work.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for content optimization.
- Skills in SEO implementation and management is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Min. 2 years experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with special needs communities or educational programs.
- Certifications in video editing, graphic design, or digital marketing tools.
