We are looking for independent and self-motivated individuals to be part of our projects and events planning team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and manage assigned event project timelines
- Source for partners, suppliers/vendors based on event project requirements
- Communicate, maintain and develop good rapport / positive relationships with various internal and external event stakeholders, suppliers/vendors, sponsors, content providers/speakers.
- Co-ordinate the fulfilment of assigned event agreements and partnership deliverables.
- Support the event programme delivery and logistics.
- Assist in any other duties required by the events team from time to time

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in Events Management/Business/Marketing or equivalent is preferred
- Relevant experience would be a plus
- Able to take initiative, be independent and handle various projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Independent, organized, meticulous, analytical and creative with problem-solving skills, team player
- Highly motivated individuals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
