This position resides with the Properties & Facilities Management Division. Reporting to Senior Manager / Assistant Director, Security & Emergency Preparedness (SEP). The appointed Senior Officer / Executive will be responsible to oversee all aspects of procurement, contracts and the administrative tasks supporting the SEP Team.
The jobholder will oversee all procurement related matters, managing and monitoring of all existing SEP related contracts, assist in managing security and emergency preparedness related matters such as coordinating and executing of policies and plans pertaining to emergencies and contingencies as well as business continuity efforts to ensure NLB’s operational readiness and preparedness.
**What you will be working on**:
- Monitoring and managing of existing SEP related contracts
- Managing SEP procurement activities and budget tracking
- Executive SEP procurement process
- Managing and monitoring various SEP Fund Codes
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Verifying invoices and budget tracking
- Assist in managing daily security operations matters
- Assist in security related projects across all NLB premises
- Programming for access cards for staff
**What we are looking for**:
- Possess mínimally a polytechnic Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in government procurement system (e.g. GeBIZ).
- Prior experience in handlign Security Operation and Security Systems (Access Control/CCTV) will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, responsible, possess good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Sound communication and relationship based skills.
- Meticulous and with attention to details.
- Able to cope with a fast-paced work environment.
