RATIO robotic cafe/lounge (subsidiary of ROSS Digital) is in 6 locations across China, and during the middle of COVID, RATIO launched its first store in Singapore. With our proven market-fit, we are now expanding rapidly across SEA. RATIO has been published in The **Economist, Bloomberg, CNBC, Straits Times, China Daily**, amongst other famous publications.

Our expert F&B team is comprised of senior level executives from Costa Coffee, Dominos, KFC, Pizza Hut, TCC and PS Café.

Our engineering team comprises of senior level executives from HP, Accenture, Deloitte, Frog Design, Comau robotics, Danaher, amongst others.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**R&D & Continuous Improvement**
- You have restaurant service backgrounds and fully understand the realities of restaurant operations. You will use this experience to inform and advise on product definition and R&D to ensure we are building technology that truly matter.
- Own, create, manage new product and feature briefs and relevant validation documents
- Test and validate new product and feature meets the brief and stability standards
- Responsible for scoping and sourcing hardware and equipment for product (soft and hardware) R&D (operation lenses)
- Ensures engineering product outcomes fulfils, solves, enhances store operational scenarios
- Consults and works with engineering on **realistic**implementation of various kitchen hardware integration into robotic unit R&D
- Create a feedback loop for continuous improvements by understanding the end user’s pain points and consolidating support issues.
- Develop product recipes and product flows (end product R&D), including learning and understand requirements and translating them into products and recipes using our system.
- Understand F&B end product requirements and deep diving to understand them to to extend of being able to break the recipes and production flow apart to be able to brief and advice on unit and feature R&D
**Customer Success**
- You will use your deep understanding of the capabilities of the system (both soft and hardware) and your experience with store operations as a product specialist to provide guidance to client on end product feasibilities and its various permutations.
- Be the go-between for the client and product/support teams: work with clients on realistic scoping activities to ensure requirements are realistic (both ways)
- Enhance clients’ store and customer experience design by advising them on how to strategically and seamlessly integrate our various product modules and digital touchpoints
- Initiate, advise, brief and support consumables and inventory sourcing
- With your service background, you can and may be parachuted into any store to immediately be able to perform store operations related functions along with robotic unit operations to ensure unit and store success
- Own, develop and continuously optimise unit and operations SOP manuals
- Own, develop and continuously optimise training strategies and manuals
- Conducts both store and unit’s operations training to store personnel
- Conduct refresher trainings and manage our certification system
- Provide relevant recovery duties on unit issues
- Provide domain expertise on client change or support requests
**Commissioning**
- Develop product menus and recipes for individual clients, and plan the relevant ingredient position matrix to ensure they are optimised for speed of production while considering ingredient turnover and rate of use
- Set up store parameters via the content management system with product details, recipes, ingredients, modifiers etc.
- Set up and fine tuning unit settings to achieve required accuracy eg: coffee machine
- Ensure ingredient inventory is prepared in advanced for both testing and delivery
- Ensure unit modules are setup according to client requirements
- Perform store operation role and load unit with relevant inventory
- Perform store operation simulations during prebuild and built phase to ensure peak unit performance
- Conduct acceptance tests to ensure all aspects of the unit functions as expected
**Quality Control**
- Create, brief, guide and continuously optimise test acceptance cases
- Conduct quality assurance tests and ensure acceptance criteria are met
- Be the internal client and ensure there is always operations acceptance before any units are released.
- Ensures Client requirements are met
- Ensures hygiene objectives are met to the highest standards
