**This position handles customer enquiries and performs order processing, invoicing, monitoring & follow up for on-time order completion.**

**Job Responsible**:

- Handle customer enquiries.
- Update and maintain proper documentation of all relevant transactions and records.
- Perform accurate and timely inventory updates and inventory change of location.
- Liaise with external forwarders and updates information of import/export shipment into the system.
- Release inbound/outbound tags via SAP system for warehouse team.
- Support claims / return process.

**Requirements**:

- Singaporean with GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
- Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player with a positive job attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and basic transactional skills in SAP will be advantageous

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,450.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
