**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and execute brownfield upgrades, modernization projects, and greenfield implementations of ICSS systems.
- Lead the design, engineering, and integration of Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) including ESD, FGS, HIPPS, and BMS for onshore, offshore, and FPSO projects.
- Prepare and finalize project documentation such as P&IDs, I/O list, loop diagrams, Cause & Effect (C&E) charts, control narratives, Design specification, Network Architecture, graphics and logic diagrams ensuring alignment with project and client requirements.
- Perform safety system configuration and Logic diagram validation using validator tools to compliance with IEC 61511.
- Process Safety Advisor tool configuration and implementation to improve operational efficiency & safety performance and complying with regulation like IEC61511 / 61508.
- Conduct and lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Integrated FAT (IFAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), loop checks, and pre-commissioning activities to ensure full operational readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, vendors, and clients across multiple regions to ensure technical alignment and timely project delivery.
- Drive cybersecurity hardening and industrial network architecture design for control and safety systems in line with ISA/IEC 62443 standards.
- Participate in HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL assessment workshops, preparing reports and implementing safety lifecycle recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with international codes and standards including ISA, IEC, API, ATEX, and ISO throughout project lifecycle.
- Interface with clients and OEMs for clarifications, approvals, and technical reviews; manage change requests, RFIs, and project documentation workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering. Professional certification in TÜV Functional Safety Engineer (SIS) and ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Specialist.
- Minimum 15 years of engineering and project execution experience in Oil & Gas downstream and FPSO/Offshore projects with major End Users and EPCs.
- Above 10 years of experience in Integrated Control & Safety System (ICSS) design, FAT/SAT execution, system integration, and commissioning for Onshore, Offshore and FPSO facilities.
- Proficient in Control System/PLC programming, SCADA/HMI configuration and fault diagnostics.
- Proficient in interpretation of P&IDs, instrument loop diagrams, logic diagrams, Electrical power and control circuit and cause and effect charts.
- Well versed with international industrial standards including IEC61511 / 61508.
- Strong knowledge of ATEX/IECEx, API, ISO and ISA standards requirements for hazardous area classification and equipment selection.
- Extensive involvement in multiple HAZOP, LOPA, SIL assessment and validation workshops.
- Extensive hands-on offshore / FPSO yard and site execution experience.
- Strong project documentation, team lead and communication skills.
- Able to travel overseas for work as required by business needs.
