**Job Description**:
The Operation HR Manager is responsible for overseeing, managing, and executing the day-to-day human resources activities within the organization. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented, manages employee relations, and collaborates with other areas of the organization to support overall business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
**HR Operations Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage HR's policies, processes, and programs to ensure compliance with employment laws and company objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Execute proper onboarding processes for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance and other benefits.

**Employee Relations**:

- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Serve as point of contact for employee questions, concerns and requests related to HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee morale and engagement and implement strategies to improve the work environment.

**Performance Management**:

- Collaborate with department managers in setting performance and goal objectives for employees.
- Implement performance appraisal processes, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback to employees.
- Develop and administer performance improvement plans as needed.

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs with the rest of the organization.
- Support professional development initiatives and assist heads of department in creating individual development plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

**Regulatory Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and report on HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and training effectiveness.

**Data Analysis and Decision Making**:

- Analyse HR data to identify trends and gain insights to improve HR processes and strategies.
- Participate in the development of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

**Strategic HR Leadership**
- Establish and implement HR strategies, plan and programs that support the organization's mission and core values.
- Identify areas of strategic and tactical improvement in HR process, systems and implement effective change including and not limited to new technology platforms to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build relationships with Heads to provide employee relations guidance and support across all aspects of HR policy and practice.
- Understand HR needs of the organization and providing consistent and prompt HR services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years of progressive experience in HR functions, with emphasis on HR operations and process implementations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Experience managing foreign employees is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and good time management.
