We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Associate Director, Senior Investment Analyst.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

In this role you will
- Perform in-depth cross-sector investment research and publish findings on the active equities platform
- Conduct detailed research on individual companies and create strong investment cases for your portfolio
- Analyse sustainability factors and maintain close communication with Responsible Investment (RI) experts to ensure alignment with RI frameworks
- Collaborate closely with the lead PM and investment specialist to craft a compelling sales strategy
- Collaborate with various stakeholders worldwide, including those from Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Risk departments
RequirementsTo be successful you will need
- In depth experience as an investment analyst with an investment bank or an asset manager
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and standards
- Proficient in Excel and/or familiar with tools like FactSet/Bloomberg. Programming skills in R or Python
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to various audiences
- Capable of collaborative work in a cross-functional environment with diverse stakeholders, activities, systems, and processes
