**International School Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin) Teacher**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Chinese (Mandarin) language classes according to international school standards and materials.**
- **Plan, revise, record and follow units of work that provide applicable learning and developmental experience.**
- **Build and maintain a close working partnership with parents and share their child’s education, learning and development.**
- **Develop scheme of work, lesson plans and examinations that are in accordance with international school syllabus.**
- **Conduct all teaching programmes in mandarin.**
- **Able to plan and Conduct Physical Education (PE) lessons in Chinese and ensure the students know the PE games and items in Chinese characters.**
- **Maintain good communication and rapport with parents.**
- **Create meaningful language learning and development opportunities for the children where their passion for Chinese language interests can be further enhanced.**
- **Develop knowledge and materials related to the primary school educational levels.**
- **Engage in department/team planning & development and extra curriculum activities (eca).**
- **Any other duties as assigned by the principal and the management from time to time.**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in education specialises in Chinese (Mandarin) language.**
- **Meticulous, self-driven and ability to multi-tasked additional teaching & Eca assignments.**
- **Interested and have a passion for teaching Physical Education lessons in Chinese.**
- **Exude professionalism and passion in teaching**
- **First Aid Certificate is required.**

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
