**CXC Global **is looking for an experienced and talented **Senior Backend Architect **to collaborate with engineering leaders across the organization. We're looking for someone with an insatiable intellectual curiosity and a heart for people who can dramatically increase the team's effectiveness.

The individual must be a self-starter and have experience bringing in new ideas to the table to help solve problems. You will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions based on business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical expertise, advice, and mentorship to engineers
- Collaborate with technical and product management to define our core platform's roadmap and resource plans.
- Develop and manage operational and implementation cadence, development platforms, and structure
- Articulate and provide clarity on technical and business trade-offs associated with system design
- Deliver high quality, well-documented code that complies with technical design and product requirements
- Work with engineering leads from multiple teams to help define gaps and areas for improvement in the existing code base

**Requirements**:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent job experience preference in Computer Engineering
- Strong in Backend Development for Enterprise Level and have solid experience in software architecture and leading a team.
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience in payment or e-commerce domains is an advantage
- Ability and desire to take product/project ownership
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company need
- Familiar with cloud technologies (AWS/Kotlin/ Kubernetes)
