Job scope:
Assisting day to day back end work of they agency

Assisting in associates directors needs and processes

Assisting in creation of PowerPoints, record tracking, etc

Creation of certificate designs etc

**Skills**:Basic knowledge of Microsoft office is preferred - _**Word, Excel, PowerPoint**_

Problem solving skills is required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification**:A level / Diploma above**:

- Willing to learn and tech-savvy
- Working hours are flexible, at least 3-4 days a week

**Monday to Friday** - **9am to 6pm**
(working hours may change during special events)
- Proficient in Written and Spoken **English** and **Basic Mandarin**:

- At least 6 month for Part-Timer

*Working rights required for this role

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
