The Admin Executive, as part of the Business Support Team supports our team in many aspects to run its office smoothly in its day-to-day operation. In delivering excellence in the support, the Business Support Team will elevate the functional managers and team to focus on their core duties. The key responsibilities of this role include but not limited to the following:
**Accounts/Finance Duties**:

- Prepare CRM documentation such as quotations/DO and invoice
- Attend to incoming calls and enquiries.
- Prepare procurement documentation such as RFQ/PO to suppliers/vendors
- Process payment claims from sub-consultants/vendors
- Keep proper record of all invoices, payment claims, transactions, payments, reimbursements from clients, etc and maintain a sound filing system (cloud-based)
- To coordinate with warehouse operation on inventories and deliveries
- Liaise with external accounting provider for account closing

Other Duties:

- Assist in admin matters, if necessary (eg. order office supplies, arrange courier services, collect, and send mails, handle claims and staff requests, etc)
- Assist in business development matters (eg. prepare bid submission forms, update project references and staff CVs, liaise with supporting divisions, etc)
- Assist is ISO audit process

**HR Support Duties:
- Support for MOM - WP Application and Renewal
- Monitor workers training and certification records
- Support payroll function

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess minimum Diploma or ITE qualification in accounting or business study
- IT Savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Positive work attitude, proactive and approachable
- Meticulous and attentive to details

**Additional Note**:

- Willing to travel to Tuas to work (Limited transport connectivity)
- Industrial environment
