**Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador at **The 1872 Clipper Tea Co **., you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing our brand values with pride.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a smart and well-groomed appearance to align with the professional image of the brand
- Achieve sales targets by recommending merchandise to suit the needs of our customers.
- Ensure that all merchandise are properly displayed
- Order takings, prepare and serve beverages
- Responsible for housekeeping to ensure that the retail area and tea bar counter are always kept neat and clean
- Handle the POS system and ensure the accuracy of all transactions
- Prepare daily store opening and closing with update of daily sales to HQ according to SOP

**Requirements**:

- F&B or bubble tea experience preferred
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin as needed to deal with Chinese customers
- Enjoys being around people with a warm personality
- Detail oriented and organised
- Highly motivated team player, self-starter and willing to learn
- Applicants with Basic Food Hygiene license will have an advantage

**Compensation**

Full time - salary ranges from $2,200 to $2,600 plus good commission

Part time - hourly rate from $9 onwards, depending on experience and skillset
