- The Project Manager (Web2/Web3) will be responsible for managing the timelines, deliverables and overall execution of multiple AWSt products in the intersection of Web2 and Web3, from B2C mobile wallets to B2B SaaS tools and APIs for the creator economy. Responsibilities include time and resource management, requirements definition, project planning and tracking, issue and risk management, QA, and overall project execution.- We are looking for a manager experienced in fast-paced startup environments (Series A+) with expertise in managing international teams. You will be working directly with the CEO and CPO on business and product execution, together with Singapore-based and remote tech teams.- Ideally, you’re knowledgeable about Web3 and passionate about how NFTs will change the way people express and interact with one another, both in the real world and in the digital one.- Why Join Us?

- Manage Singapore-based and remote tech teams, as well as 3rd-party service providers- Goal setting and planning on multiple parallel projects- Enforce deadlines to meet the project delivery requirements- Develop and execute a communication strategy for all the different project stakeholders- Report on project status, progress, metrics, risks, test results, and deployment activities- Validate and ensure the quality of product features developed and launched- Review product specs and UX designs- Review copywriting in products, websites, and marketing materials- Provide feedback on product usability- Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years related experience in project management- Experience managing international and SE Asian teams- Experience working with project management software- Knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum process- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities- High level of responsibility, accountability, and ownership- Excellent organizational experience, professionalism, and time management skills- Effective analytical and presentation skills- Experience in web3 is a big plus- How to Apply-
