**Job Title: AI Engineer**

**Brief Description**

HiCura Medical Pte Ltd is a medtech company that builds intelligent solutions for image-guided procedures. Our product, uSINE is a AI-powered ultrasound guidance software to improve spinal injections such as epidurals and spinal anaesthesia. We are looking for a self-motivated and committed individual to join a fast-paced medtech startup. The individual will be working closely with the team on software development and R&D.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
- Write well-designed, testable code.
- Develop, deploy, test advanced computer vision and AI/ML/DL algorithms.
- Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility.
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
- Document and maintain software functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
- Comply with project plans and industry standards.
- Ensure software is updated with latest features.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in production level Python programming.
- Expertise in image processing and Open CV.
- Experience in transfer learning and AI / ML / DL frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience with development environments and toolchains such as Linux, Git
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and individually.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and requests.
- A strong desire to learn.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence/ Computer Science / Engineering or related fields.
- Master’s degree or equivalent industry experience in Artificial Intelligence/ Computer Science / Engineering or related fields is a plus
- Previous medical device experience is a plus.
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
