Legal Counsel

**Responsibilities**:
1、Provide legal counsel to the company, ensuring that operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in areas such as commercial contracts, trade practices, taxation, intellectual property, licensing, employment, and mergers and acquisitions.

2、Advise on a wide range of legal issues related to corporate finance, global investments, project development, and operations within the group.

3、Draft, review, and amend contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

4、Manage and maintain the company's legal documents and files.

5、Research and analyze laws and regulations relevant to the company's business and propose risk mitigation strategies.

6、Handle other legal matters as required by the company.

**Qualifications**:
1、Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.

2、At least three years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, international trade, and/or multinational corporate environment after obtaining the Singapore legal practicing certificate.

3、Knowledge of basic laws in China, the US, and Europe, as well as local Singapore laws, Singapore company law, international trade law, and international intellectual property law.

4、Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and capability to handle sensitive situations.

5、Data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.

6、High level of independence and teamwork spirit, with a multicultural inclusive approach.

7、Fluent in both Chinese and English communication and writing skills.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
