**Responsibilities**
- Provide legal assistance to corporate attorneys
- Act as liaison between company attorneys, outside counsel, organisations, and in-house employees
- Compile data from legal digests, encyclopaedias and practice manuals
- Assemble, proof and edit drafts of contracts, leases, licenses and insurance policies
- Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate entities, as required
- Conduct research on projects as directed by corporate attorneys
- May review and ensure the company's compliance with regulations
- Assist internally in analysing documents
- Counsel on progress of cases

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder
- 2 years’ experience working in a legal team or at a law firm
- Exposure to law office work including previous experience as a legal admin or legal executive in a corporate company
- Knowledge of office automation equipment/software-related activities
- Keen interest to deepen work expertise in a matrix multinational company
