As a Customer Engagement and Sales Support Intern, you'll be at the heart of our mission, working closely with both the Customer Success and Digital Sales teams to ensure a seamless experience for our potential clients. Your role will be pivotal in establishing initial connections, fostering relationships, and driving the first steps towards a lasting partnership.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Forge Connections**:Be the welcoming voice that introduces our company to prospective clients who have reached with their enquiries. Through thoughtful communication, you'll help potential clients understand the value of our solutions and how they can address their unique needs.
- **Liaise and Schedule**:Collaborate with the Customer Success and Digital Sales teams to schedule captivating demo appointments. You'll be the bridge that ensures our clients have a clear path to explore our offerings and see firsthand the impact they can have.
- **Client Engagement**:Dive into the world of client engagement, ensuring that their initial interactions with us are memorable and impactful. You'll gather insights and feedback, helping us fine-tune our approach and continuously improve.
