**Overview**:
Seeking a business minded NetSuite Admin/Trainer to provide comprehensive instructional programs to ensure our clients, partners, and employees know to achieve the highest level of success. This person also deals with both high-end and low-end NetSuite Admin tasks to contribute in assisting the NetSuite team in supporting the clients.

**Responsibility**:
As a Netsuite Admin/Trainer, you will have the opportunity to make immediate contributions to the organization as you:
- Collaborate with the NetSuite Team to assess training needs, develop custom agendas and materials (written and e-learning tutorials), and deliver quality training to ensure optimal user adoption.
- Deliver instructor-led onsite and virtual end-user training
- Learn all relevant aspects of current and new product rollouts to ensure ongoing improvement of product knowledge, training and presentation skills, and technical knowledge
- Partner with Project Managers and Functional Consultants to develop and deliver user adoption and training plans for customer implementations
- Recommend business best practices from a user adoption, training and business management perspective
- Develop customer-specific end-user training and reference materials (print and eLearning), leveraging NetSuite Universal Content Library assets
- Mentor others on delivery strategies and internal processes related to job ownership and execution of the training.
- Provide constructive feedback to the Mentees and provide insight on progress to Manager
- Create a change management and user adoption strategy
- Perform Netsuite Admin tasks as the technical point of contact for NetSuite and provide support for NetSuite users
- Do other adhoc task as needed by the role.
**Requirements**:
- **Can understand and speak using the Chinese language (Mandarin, Fookien/Hokkien, or Cantonese)**:
- Working knowledge of NetSuite's Cloud / SaaS-based business software systems (ERP / CRM)
- Experience in core NetSuite modules: Record to report, Design to Build, Procure to Pay, Order to cash, Fixed Assets Management, and SuiteAnalytics
- Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills, familiar and competent with audience-engagement methods and techniques appropriate for all types of audiences
- Excellent written and verbal English skills that can be applied to documentation development, curriculum review, delivery, and communication
- NetSuite Administrator Certification and/or NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification preferred
- Ability to be facilitate with help desk issues such as lockouts and troubleshooting
- Must be able to handle high end-tasks like data scrubbing, pulling reports, etc.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Strong task and time management skills with the ability to reprioritize multiple demands as timelines shift
- Ability to drive value with clients
- This is a remote work.
