DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead our sustainability business in Singapore and lead HQ’s drive to grow the business internationally.

Responsibility for overall business performance, including P&L, project delivery and growth targets

Lead client interface and business development initiatives in Singapore / Southeast Asia for sustainability and climate change projects.

Independently lead major sustainability road map projects and master plans with innovation, research and development of new energy, water, waste and sustainability initiatives.

Develop and implement sustainability, energy, waste and water conservation projects: perform energy, water and waste calculations; research new products, equipment, systems, technologies; read, study, and understand plans and specifications; develop scopes of work for in-house bidding for projects of similar nature; perform analyses and estimates of potential project carbon calculations, payback, return on investment, and utility incentives.

Respond to requests for information from the clients and the other regional team members on campus and large-scale buildings and infrastructure projects. Assess, formulate, and evaluate the impact of recommended or implemented solutions, projects, strategic, and programs from a sustainability perspective.

Manage diverse projects on energy-related areas such as Environment Sustainable Design, Building Performance and sustainability through active and passive design, Renewable Energy potential and Sustainable building materials and façade design

Run excel based and 3-D Model Simulation for Energy Modelling and microclimate analysis - indoor outdoor thermal comfort, shading and heat island affect analysis.

Closely work with power, water, energy storage, EV and district cooling experts to develop Systems thinking in sustainability

Review and analyse, understand blueprints and schematics, trend data and develop reports with recommendations, discrepancies, and description of sustainability review reports

Showcase abilities to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities and leadership skills to manage interdisciplinary, technical teams

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Degree or Master in Engineering, Architecture or related studies;
15 years’ experience in project management, sustainability or a related field.

Familiarity with sustainability programs including BCA Green Mark and LEED programs.

Experience in an advanced energy and sustainability technology identification and implementation will be an advantage;
Ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are good requisites;
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
