We are looking for a reliable and organized Back-End Operations Executive to support our team in delivering exceptional travel services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Itinerary Preparation**:

- Working with the sales team to create customized travel itineraries for clients.
- Working with the sales team to develop itineraries for tour packages to sell.

**2. Sales Kit Management**:

- Compile and organize sales kits with travel packages
- Maintain and upadate the master list of sales kits and itineraries

**3. Costing and Administration**:

- Consolidate travel costing and ensure accurate records
- Handle booking confirmations, documentation, and general admin tasks

**4. Design Support (Bonus)**:
Assist with basic design tasks like flyers and itineraries if needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in English, Chinese proficiency is a bonus
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic design skills (e.g; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in travel or administrative roles is an advantage
