Providing Consultancy services to World Courier’s top Healthcare/Pharma clients to increase overall Net Customer Billings (NCB) and supporting customer retention/ acquisition.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Client Retention & Penetration
- Engage existing clients in strategic value and innovation creation projects
- Drive growth of NCB through leverage effects
- Develop the consulting methodology to drive value propositioning to clients by value engineering projects targeting customer retention and penetration sales
- Client Acquisition
- Support Sales associates engagement with top hunter accounts in Strategic Value Creation Projects
- Position value engineering methodology and drive Supply Chain initiatives for mutual profitable business growth for client and World Courier
- Drive growth of NCB through leverage effects
- Value Engineering Center of Excellence
- Provide internal guidance with regards to Sales methodologies and Value Creation activities
- Support the development of a global Value Engineering consultancy practice and network.
- Positioning & Targets
- Positioning of World Courier capabilities in alignment with our Strategy and Values whilst defining value levels for clients supply chains and mutual growth
- Targeted clients are Senior Management representations up to C-Level Management (internal/external)
