
Customer Service Manager

They are hiring for a **Customer Service Manager **that will oversee a team of Customer Service Executive (Sea freight).
- **Basic $6,000 - $7,500 **(Depends on Experience)
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.45pm
- **AWS + Performance Bonus (avg. 2 months) + Quarterly Incentives**:
- Working Location - East, Changi
- Company Transport: Yishun, Admiralty, AMK, Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Tampines, Pasir Ris MRT
**Responsibilities**:
- **Establish performance benchmarks **and hold team to those goals
- **Client/Ocean carriers Management**:
- liaise with customers on the SOP and rates negotiation (quotation)
- Liaise with overseas agents on requirements and rates
- Preparation of **customer key performance index reports**:
- Review the profit & loss of product desk
- Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
**Qualifications**:
- **Diploma/Degree **in Logistics or equivalent
- **7-8 years **experience in freight forwarding **(sea freight)**:
- Well trained in **DGR **will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
