We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented operstions manager (with FMCG experience highly welcome) to oversee daily operations at our store and with ability to open new stores across Singapore. As the operations manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, recruitment, supplier management and developing business strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering excellent operations and management skills.
- Motivating the team to meet KPI’s by training, experimenting and mentoring staff.
- Creating business strategies to attract new suppliers, expand store offering, and enhance profitability.
- Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
- Opening new locations and setup from scratch.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Developing and arranging products.
- Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred - FMCG.
- Relevant working experience welcomed but not requirement.
- Strong leadership and operations management abilities.
- Service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
