About the team

The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals, and SEO, etc.

We are looking for a talented, self-directed Search engine growth manager with an analytical mindset to join TikTok in Singapore. You will be responsible for increasing search engine traffic for multiple business objectives including but not limited to downloads, page clicks and user retargeting.

What you will be doing:

- Propose SEO strategies to meet business objectives and explore new areas including keywords exploring, search engine-oriented feature design to increase TikTok's ability to get traffic from search engines.
- Build a global business platform to support TikTok global products webpage building, indexing, and search engine ranking.
- Work closely with other teams & stakeholders and optimise collaboration workflows as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in product or performance marketing.
- Direct experience in SEO will be preferred
- Passion for content and familiarity with the tech industry are preferred.
- Strong oral & written skills in English.
- Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to work with key metrics and data.
- Energetic self-starter and quick learner with strong organizational, communication, and XFN collaboration skills; ability to perform under pressure.
