**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Developing and implementing social media strategies to educate and raise awareness about our services and community initiatives.
- Creating engaging content for various social media platforms, including i.e Instagram, Facebook, tik tok and youtube
- Managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and monitoring engagement.
- Analyzing social media metrics and adjusting strategies to optimize performance and reach.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Staying updated on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our presence and impact
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of social media management experience preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for social media are welcome.
- Experience with Photoshop, Canva & Capcut
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to stay updated on social media trends.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Strong command of English
