**Responsibility**

- Analyse, assess impact, adoption and implementation on changes originated from features, ecosystems, technology.
- Build strong relationship with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient business enabler.
- Bring joyful experience to team.
- Lead adoption of changes as necessary.
- Familiar with tools including Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD.
- Good understanding of treasury and market with focus area of equity and derivatives products characteristics is huge advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and capability to build trust.
- Ability to analyse and breakdown problems into solvable, actionable items.
- Curious and growth mindset.
