Our Valuation Services practice prepares objective valuations for financial reporting, tax and management planning purposes. Our Analysts receive world-class training, outstanding benefits, strong career progression, competitive salaries and relocation assistance when applicable

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Researching target industries, market and competitor information
- Interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
- Working with management to build and maintain client relationships
- Identifying and communicating potential engagements to management
- Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports
- Performing valuation of private equity and venture capital investments in a variety of industries. Experience with capital allocation models, such as OPM and PWERM, is preferred.
- Reviewing transaction agreements and capital structures to understand rights of different share classes.
- Performing business and intangible assets valuation engagements for fair value measurements and transactions
- Developing financial models for transaction and valuation engagements

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA
- 3-5 years of valuation experience, preferably on valuation of private equity investments and financial instruments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills such as MS Word and Excel
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
- Experience working with diverse teams
