Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business valuation and financial modelling services for client engagements and proposals.
  • Work closely with project teams to deliver multiple client projects and develop expertise in merger and acquisition life cycle activities.
  • Analyse complex financial issues within a commercial context and communicate effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 2-6 years of experience in business valuation, auditing, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or equity research.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to produce concise and logical analyses and solutions.
