**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with client during the early stages of project development leading conversations and understanding client requirements
- Develop ML/ DL models for predictive analytics processing on clinical/ healthcare datasets to address client requirement and/ or business problems
- Engage in exploratory data analysis for identification of existing patterns and formulate modeling approach to solve problems
- Manage and mentor a team of intermediate and junior data scientists to implement ideated modeling approach and supervise model training and validation
- Communicate and collaborate with product and software engineering teams towards deployment on a regular basis
- Innovate and be aware of state-of-the-art ML/ DL model architectures and modelling methodologies
- Maintain technically rigorous documentation and convert project specific model findings into manuscripts to be submitted to international peer-reviewed journals for publication

**Requirements**:

- Excellent understanding of different state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques specially predictive modelling
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with development of production level codes
- Familiarity with scikit-learn and Python visualization packages
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, Keras and PyTorch
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Familiarity with AWS facilities
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving ability
- Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship skills and a strong team player

**Preferred**
- Strong publication record in respective field of specialization
- Prior experience in handling large datasets and parallelization
- MLOps
