- We're looking for an inspiring leader to:
- Lead the Output Management Operations Team of 20 staff, including an vendor team onsite
- Supervise and risk manage day-to-day operations, ensuring design and operating effectiveness of operational controls.
- Manage team activities to achieve performance targets, operational level agreements and service levels
- Ensuring effective management and monitoring of vendors and contracts throughout the entire contract lifecycle
- Innovate and digitally transform operations processes, looking for effective and efficient solutions to solve issues and challenges.
- Work in close partnership with a diverse set of stakeholders, across business divisions, technology partners, support functions and external vendors to enable business growth and new initiatives
- Plan and manage operational budget, ensuring operational sustainability while optimizing cost
- Lead, manage and support individual development of staff members and key talents

**Your team**
- Personal and Corporate Operations (P&C Operations) in APAC provides operation capabilities such as Output Management, Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, Operational Accounting and Trade & Export Finance to multiple Business Divisions in UBS. We work in close partnership with Global Wealth Management, Investment Bank, Group Treasury, Corporates and Institutional Clients, Group Technology, Compliance and a range of Operation teams. Our roles involve frequent collaboration with a truly global and diverse network of expertise across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, Switzerland and US. Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience leading an Operations team within a banking environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to drive a positive risk culture and good supervision principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with an ability to engage and inspire team members, stakeholders and external vendors
- A self-starter and motivated individual who is agile, client-centric and outcome driven.
