**Production Supervisor**
Salary Range : $2800 - $3500 (Dep Exp)
Working Hour : 8.15am - 5.30pm (5 days Work)
Company Background: Plastic Moulding & Manufacturing

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Achieve daily production targets and quality as per customer requirements.
2. Achieve and assure that administrative reports are complete by ensuring that those who agree to perform tasks do what they are committed to do.
3. Keep management aware of the operation progress through minutes / mail, verbal updates, and review.
4. Liaise with material and production planners on production schedule
5. Prepare daily production report for management review
6. Identify needs and request for purchase requisition on the indirect production materials for the department
7. Co-ordinate with other supporting departments to ensure production targets are met
8. Analyse and troubleshoot daily process problems
9. Initiates ideas for improving process efficiency
10. Ensure that the set-up operation and inspection processes are done according to specified procedures and instructions
11. Maintain proper documentation and control of records
12. Train and guide subordinates according to operation standards
13. Make arrangements for daily production i.e. manpower and material
14. Monitor the status of daily production output, and provide feedback to superiors if unforeseen disruptions occur during production
15. Monitor and ensure that the production is operating in accordance to operation standards and in line with safety regulations
16. Monitor the discipline of subordinates to ensure that operation conduct is maintained at a good level
17. Arrange overtime and transportation for subordinates during non-working days or hours
18. Monitor and feedback to superior should any abnormality be found during production
19. Accomplish all tasks assigned by superior and provide feedback in the process of the task
20. Ensure housekeeping is carried out daily and maintain a high standard of cleanliness at the production floor

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in any field/ GCE “A” Level / GCE “O” Level
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, Malay is a plus
- Knowledge in functioning of assembly lines and spraying process
- Able to lead and motivate subordinates
- Receptive and open-minded
- Ability to keep rank or position equal
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- supervisory: 3 years (required)
