**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all day-to-day operations of the designated section.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment (e.g., dough sheeters).
- Picking and packing of doughs.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to Food Hygiene and Safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- No experience required as training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to follow the 4days 1off work pattern (inclusive of weekends & PH).
- Must be physically fit (as required to carry heavy loads and standing of long hours).
