FACILITY MANAGEMENT
- Publicising Nexus Global's rental facilities
- Answering clients' and potential clients' enquiries and attending to site visit requests
- Facilitate smooth running of rental events
- Ensure facilities and equipment are functioning well
- Liasing with building management and sourcing and supervision of contractors

AV OPERATIONS
- Regular inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance of AV equipment
- End-user support and system monitoring during event rentals
- Sourcing for price-competitive equipment
- Maintaining comprehensive inventory listing

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
- Issuing and filing quotations and invoices to clients
- Renewal of licenses/equipment (eg., LEW, fire extinguishers, etc)
- Actively looks out for latest public health safety measures for events

BASIC IT SUPPORT

QUALIFICATIONS
- Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Diploma in AudioVisual Technology or Media and Infocomm Technolgy or equivalent qualifications
- At least 1 year's experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and work well under pressure
- Possess IT skills and proficient in multi
- media software
