- Responsibilities
- Work with business users to gather requirements, produce and design well-suited solutions by an existing technology platform.
Ensure project phase-level deliverables are documented, reviewed, and approved by stakeholders.
- Become an effective “bridge” between business users and technology.
- Adhere project management tools, processes, and practices.
- Lead a sub-team of up to 3 members as the leader.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a system analyst or business analyst in the banking industry focusing on treasury and capital market.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products (Fixed income, FX, Derivatives).
- Experience of working/managing stakeholders.
- Experience in domain/data modeling based on business requirements.
- A clear understanding of IT project management and software development lifecycle (SDLC) and process and procedures.
- Must be organized, able to work with mínimal supervision, manage projects and tasks in a timely manner.
- Good work knowledge of Qlik/UiPath/Denodo/VQL/SQL/VBA.
