We are looking for **Singapore** and **immediate joiners** for this important role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Analysis**:

- Work closely with UOB stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for banking products, services, and operations.
- Translate complex business goals into actionable technical specifications for data science and engineering teams.
- Identify opportunities to enhance banking processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.
- Lead initiatives to optimize risk management, fraud detection, and compliance through advanced analytics.
- **MLOps Collaboration**:

- Partner with data science teams to design, implement, and manage machine learning models in a production environment, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Oversee the integration of machine learning solutions into UOB's banking systems, aligning with business needs.
- Manage the MLOps lifecycle, including model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and model optimization.
- Ensure continuous integration, delivery (CI/CD), and automation of machine learning workflows
- **Data and Reporting**:

- Design and implement data pipelines to support both business analysis and machine learning initiatives.
- Develop performance dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and insights.
- Define and report on KPIs that demonstrate the success of machine learning models and business processes.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare and present strategic updates and reports to senior management on the progress of initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure effective communication across all departments involved.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- At least **7 years of experience** as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven experience with **MLOps**, including managing machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Jenkins, etc.).
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and operations, with the ability to optimize processes using data analytics and machine learning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
- Deep understanding of Singapore's banking regulations and compliance standards.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with advanced machine learning techniques, algorithms, and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of risk management practices, fraud detection, and regulatory technology in banking.

**Eligibility Requirements**:

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: $8,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
