**What the role is**
- Contribute to:
- Acquisition of new partnerships and increase new donors segments/donors
- Expand fundraising & engagement through partnership strategies, relationships and
event management with corporations, foundations, groups and individuals.
- Assist HODs in developing synergy between engagement and achieving fundraising
target with given donor segments/donors.
Via specific roles to:
- Build relationship and engagement with donors via caring (volunteerism) and sharing
(donation) for causes supported by Community Chest through a 360 promotion of all
existing platforms (includes outright donations and SHARE programme etc.) for the
assigned industry segments.
- Maintain and expand donor base and donations
- Plan and organise activities and events effective to increase donors’ support.
**Key Responsibilities and Activities**
1. Perform relationship and engagement functions to achieve fundraising targets through all existing platforms (e.g. outright donations and SHARE programme, engagement activities, fundraising events etc.) for respective industry segment(s) and specific accounts with supervision from HOD.
2. Cultivate and build up relationship with potential new donors by strategizing the approach and engagement, as well as submission of proposals for support.
3. Strengthen the engagement and relationship with new donors by ensuring regular contact/communication, timely provision of information, follow-up and strong account servicing.
4. Identify opportunities to grow Community Chest’s networks and develop partnerships,strategies and projects to engage and grow multipliers and partners in achieving NCSS and Community Chest’s ecosystem outcomes.
5. Manage, measure and be accountable for the annual KPIs assigned by HOD, and support department’s goals relating to fundraising, donor engagement and volunteerism facilitation.
6. Participate and support department/division events and programmes, both internal and external.
7. Exercise compliance of integrity in matters of people, processes, procurement and relationships (vendors/suppliers/partners etc.)
8. Any other duties as assigned by HOD that are aligned to Community Chest’s purposes.
