**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and drive presales engagements for high-value infrastructure opportunities, including RFPs and large tenders.
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs, propose value-driven technical solutions, and deliver winning proposals.
- Provide senior-level technical consulting to clients, aligning IT solutions with business objectives.
- Design and architect end-to-end infrastructure solutions spanning compute, storage, virtualization, backup, and network/security.
- Deliver presentations, POCs, and solution workshops to internal and external stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor presales/technical teams; ensure smooth handover to delivery post-win.Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay updated on latest solution offerings and industry trends.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of presales experience within a Systems Integrator (SI) environment, with progression to senior technical roles.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure solutions (Dell, NetApp, VMware, Cisco, HPE, Commvault, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of team leadership or mentoring experience in presales or solution engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure architecture, sizing, and solution design across compute, storage, backup, networking, and security.
- Proven track record in crafting winning technical responses for tenders and RFPs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
